Procedures:
1. Inquiry | The customer gives an inquiry and gets an quotation from us. |
2. Negotiation | The customer provide a sample, drawings or digital files to Heyuan and both parties negotiate over the materials, prices, lead time and payment terms. |
3. Place the Order | Based on specific demands of the customer and the agreements of both parties. |
4. Design | The Heyuan R&D team starts making a UG and Pro-E file for the sample or drawing furnished by the customer. |
5. Machining | The mold shop goes through various machining procedures. |
6. Mold Trial | A trial production with the finished mold at the Trial Shop is carried out. The samples produced here are sent to the customer for approval. |
7. Delivery | Upon approval by the Customer, the Mold packed in wooden |
